Before you complete your order, you will be given several delivery options to choose from with estimated delivery days depending on your shipping address.

We try to meet all delivery days, but sometimes there can be delays - for example, due to postal/carrier delays, logistics or bad weather. We will keep you informed as much as possible and you should be able to track the progress of your package.

Return & Exchange Policy

Riyan Haffys | The Design Atelier wants to ensure your complete satisfaction for all online purchases. We will gladly accept your return of unworn or unaltered merchandise within 14 calendar days from the date delivered. by returning by mail or exchanging through our store @ Arab Street with your original receipt.

To begin a return, visit www.riyanhaffys.com/contact, scroll down to returns and enter your order number. Follow the steps and we'll send you an email with your return instructions. Refunds will not be issued after the return window has ended.

All returned merchandise should include the original tags, and be in the same condition as when it was received.

All footwear must be tried on carpeted surfaces only. Items must be sent back packaged in a suitable way to protect contents.

Sale item is basically non-refundable, please make sure you have selected the correct item before proceeding to checkout.
